Every project at Mang Production follows the same thread: concept, production, post-production. Here's how we structure that journey in-house.
A project always starts with a concept phase. We take the brand's brief and translate it into one strong idea, summed up in a single sentence, before even discussing format or technique.
That idea is then developed into a storyboard or a visual moodboard, depending on the nature of the project. This is when the client signs off on the creative direction — before a single frame is produced.
Then comes production itself: shooting, 3D modeling, animation. Every technical step is handled in-house, which lets us keep full control over quality and timelines.
Post-production is the home stretch: editing, color grading, sound design, then exports tailored to each format and distribution platform.
This process isn't rigid — every project has its own specifics — but keeping this backbone lets us deliver fast without sacrificing creative quality.
